Guide 1: Printing PDF Files Without Trims
- Open the PDF file using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free software). Select File → Print.
- Under Page Size & Handling, choose Actual Size or 100% (Do NOT select "Fit to Page").
- Ensure the correct paper size is selected in Printer Settings (e.g., A4, A5, etc.).

For double-sided printing: Automatic double-sided printers, enable Print on Both Sides.

Manual double-sided: Print odd-numbered pages, flip the paper, and print the even-numbered ones.
- For personal or pocket-sized inserts, use your printer’s custom paper size setting, if needed.
Guide 2: Printing PDF Files With Trims

Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Go to File → Print.

Choose the appropriate paper size (e.g., A4, Letter) in Printer Settings.

Print the pages with the trim marks visible.

Use a paper trimmer or scissors to cut along the trim lines.
